In our production facility, we cross train within each department and between departments to provide employees with opportunities for diverse learning experiences and growth. This allows our employees to find the skills and passion they have within our company.

GMi Companies values its employees and opportunities for growing. The company offers reimbursements for the cost of schooling that is work related. Not only is additional education available, but this includes attending training conferences, leadership programs, and more.

Employees have a “hands-on” approach to elevate leadership skills with critical thinking and communication through motivating individuals and teams. GMi supports employees participating in professional and leadership organizations outside of GMi Companies.

Our annual yearbook shows off every employee and gives the chance for people to learn more about each other.

Star of the Week

On a volunteer basis, employees have the opportunity to share fun pictures and facts about themselves.

Throughout the year GMi hosts lots of events that brings the entire company together, from ice cream trucks to holiday gift exchanges. Some of the most special events we celebrate include Years of Service. Every five years you will be acknowledged by the company for your hard work and dedication. Every summer GMi hosts a picnic for the chance to have your real family meet your work family with food and fun activities. The annual Holiday Celebration Luncheon, gives GMi employees a break during work to celebrate the holidays with games to participate in and a hot lunch.
