Company Yearbook
GMi hosts a variety of events throughout the year to bring everyone together. We celebrate a Years of Service event yearly to recognize every five years of your dedication and hard work. Multiple summer events including a company picnic, cookouts, and even a visit from a local ice cream truck! The annual Holiday Celebration Luncheon gives GMi employees a break to earn prizes and participate in fun games.
Star of the Week
Employee engagement is a priority, and we have several initiatives to foster a sense of community. Our Star of the Week program allows employees to share fun pictures and facts about themselves, while the Company Buddies system pairs new hires with experienced colleagues to help them settle in. Additionally, we encourage participation in various voluntary employee groups, which provide opportunities for networking, professional development, and social activities.
